Port Checker is the little tool you will wish that you had out on each client when you start to roll out your Presentation Server environment. How often don't you have communication issues due to firewalls blocking traffic etc. And how difficult isn't it to tell an end user how to telnet a host on specific ports? And telnet.exe doesn't support UDP checking.
Port Checker provides the user with a GUI where the user can check connectivity on the default Citrix ports and if you need additional ports and especially UDP port checking you should have a look at the Advanced Edition that provides custom port numbers and UDP and TCP support.
Or if you want the user to be able to specify a server by himself and enumerate all the services installed on it you can unlock both the server and service list and it will provide you with that functionality as well as you can see below;
